In a compromised card situation, Gividends can provide services to assist your Credit Union in handling the appropriate response for cardholders. Regardless if there are 50 or 5,000 affected accounts, we provide 3 different options that can save you time and reduce any risk exposure.

Option  1Level 1

Turn a list of compromised cards into a report or data file that will identify affected cardholders.

Option 2

  • Provide advanced account numbers to assist with a mass reissue.
  • Change cardholder record from old account to new account.
  • Build new cards on CU*BASE
  • Close or Hotcard the affected accounts.Level 2
  • Send maintenance file to vendor
  • Provide an Electronic Warning Bulletin Notice

Option 3

Gividends along with our partners can provide A to Z service. Provide advanced account
numbers to assist with mass reissue.

  • Change cardholder record from old account to newaccount.
  • Build new cards on CU*BASELevel 3
  • Close or Hotcard the affected accounts.
  • Send maintenance file to vendor
  • Provide an Electronic Warning Bulletin notice
  • Mail personalized letters to members
  • Send It’s Me 247 member alert

Pricing

 AssistanceOption 1   Turn a list of compromised cards into a report or file identifying affected members along with additional card info. $500
 AssistanceOption 2  If your vendor or group provider can automatically re-issue your compromised cards, get CU*Answers that list and we can setup the new cards and close the old cards. $1,000
 AssistanceOption 3  In addition to Option 2 processing, let CU*Answers assist with contacting members affected by compromised card lists with personalized letters, email campaigns and/or e-alerts. Member Contacts Quoted By Volume
