Option 1
Turn a list of compromised cards into a report or data file that will identify affected cardholders.
Option 2
- Provide advanced account numbers to assist with a mass reissue.
- Change cardholder record from old account to new account.
- Build new cards on CU*BASE
- Close or Hotcard the affected accounts.

- Send maintenance file to vendor
- Provide an Electronic Warning Bulletin Notice
Option 3
Gividends along with our partners can provide A to Z service. Provide advanced account
numbers to assist with mass reissue.
- Change cardholder record from old account to newaccount.
- Build new cards on CU*BASE

- Close or Hotcard the affected accounts.
- Send maintenance file to vendor
- Provide an Electronic Warning Bulletin notice
- Mail personalized letters to members
- Send It’s Me 247 member alert
